Terrible Customer Support

I had been playing for awhile and gotten hooked on this game... I bought a new device and figured it would be easy to just get the app and start playing where I left off. Wrong. It takes forever for anyone to respond to fb messages... then they told me my game was restored (it wasnt). The game itself is fun, its a shame the developers dont attend to customer issues. The fb page for the game is full of other people trying to get tech support.
